Red chutney and green chutney||perfect for kebabs, pakodas, fritters, sandwiches etc….

Red chutney and green chutney is a very appetising with Amy kind of snacks. Specially red chutney goes with Dosa,Vada pav and green chutney goes best with kebabs and pakodas.

I generally make it before hand, and keep it in the refrigerator,it remains fresh for months in a sterilized glass jar. Both of these chutneys are raw,and just needs 5-10 minutes.

The red chilli chutney is mainly made out of fresh dried whole red chillies, you can make it less hot or more hot by adding or subtracting the chillies.

The green chutney is made of fresh coriander leaves/cilantro with some tangy tomatoes and balancing yoghurt.
