Bengali Chirer Polou is a staple breakfast dish from Bengali Cuisine. It’s a bit different from the concept of Poha, from other states.
It is basically a flattened rice which we run under water and quickly drain to dry. It needs some simple ingredients like nuts and some veggies. It is a very common tiffinbox item when we used to go to school and colleges.
