Jalepenos hot sauce is really a
keeper.People are surprised when they see the light green creamy sauce is not made of avacado or dairy. Our version is fresh jalepenos heat and bright lime.
When you try this is with some sandwiches or nachos it takes that to a new level.It is easy to make and I will suggest to make it keep it in fridge.It stays good for months.
You just need 15 minutes and less effort.
Let’s start making jalepeno hot sauce… in my style
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
- 8-10 slit jalepenos
- 1/4 the diced onions
- Salt yo taste
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 3 tbs vinegar
- 1/8 th cup water
- 2 tsp crushed black pepper
- Fry the jalepons and onions until charred
- In between add salt
- In a grinder add black pepper,garlic vinegar and water to form a smooth paste
- And its done….
