Chicken kebab marinated with Cheesy white sauce๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹||Ideal party starters|| Can be used as a stuffing for kathi roll/tortillas

The key to the making of this murgh malai Tikka Kebab is the cheese in it.
Marinating with cheese might sound strange but once processed with cream and yoghurt, the cheese creates a thick sauce the smothers the chicken, working on tenderising it and adding flavour too.It melts in your mouth with every bite.
The traditional recipes involve cooking in clay oven.

We’ve listed two options “Baking and grilling’.It can also be used as a stuffing for tortillas or can be used for a stuffing for kathi roll.
