Railway Canteen Style aloo ki sabzi|| Quick and easy|| Goes perfect with Roti,Paratha,Naan and Puris

Railway Canteen Style Aloo ki sabzi or a simple tomato based potato curry is my all time favorite that goes best with Railway Canteen Style Puri (recipe given below).

It is such kind of curry, where you search for perfect potato curry ends. What you need is just boiled potatoes roughly broken,2 medium chopped tomatoes and some simple spices and its done.

When you tear into crisp Puris (deep fried bread) and dip it into this curry and put it in your mouth…… flavors will just pop up and elevate you taste of palate into next level.
