When people get bored of what they are eating and start experimenting the they create something new,but I created this dish to save my time and accidentally ended up into creating something incredibly tasty,its a Chinese and Italian fusion one pot chicken manchurian and pasta.
It’s very healthy and the bonus is it has 3 recipes number 1- chicken balls, number 2- Manchuriun chicken and number 3- Fusion of Chinese and Italian dish.
So,my readers what say let’s give it a try….my Chinese and Italian fusion one pot chicken manchurian and pasta 👇👇👇
Type- Main Course
Preparation time- 30-35 minutes
Cooking time- 30-35 minutes
Ingredients for the chicken balls:
- 1 lb minced chicken
- 1/4 th cup chopped spring onions bulb
- 1/4th cup chopped spring onions
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp garlic powder or 1 tbs chopped garlic
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 tbs red chilli flakes (adjust heat according to your palate)
- 1 egg
Ingredients for the pasta:
- Boil 200 gm pasta (elbow,penne, macaroni, spaghetti any of your choice)
Ingredients for the Manchurian gravy:
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced capsicum
- 1 tbs chopped garlic
- 1 tbs chopped ginger
- 2 tbs chopped spring onion bulbs
- 3 tbs soya sauce
- 2 tbs chilli garlic sauce
- 2 tbs red chilli sauce or hot sauce
- 3 tbs tomato ketchup
- For the slurry- 4 tbs water+2 tbs cornflour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbs crushed black pepper
Procedure for the chicken balls:
- In a bowl add 1lb minced chicken
- In that add 1/4 th cup spring onions bulbs+1/4 th cup spring onions
- Add 2 tsp garlic powder or you can replace it with 1 tbs chopped garlic
- Add salt to taste
- Add 1 tbs red chilli flakes,1 egg and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and mix
- Heat oil on medium flame and pinch small roundels and fry
- Fry till golden brown until it’s done
- Our chicken balls is ready,you can serve it as a starter
Procedure for the Manchurian gravy:
- In a pan add 3 tbs oil and heat on a medium flame
- Add 1 tbs chopped garlic and 1 tbs chopped ginger
- Add 2 tbs chopped spring onion bulbs
- Fry them on a high heat
- Now it’s time to add some sauces,add 3, tbs soya sauce,3 tbs chilli garlic sauce,2 tbs red chilli sauce or you can use hot sauce
- And add 3 tbs tomato ketchup and start mixing
- When everything is mixed add 1.5 cups of water for the gravy and bring it to boil
- In between make the slurry by adding 2 tbs cornflour+4 tbs water
- When your gravy starts boiling,add the slurry gradually and keep on mixing
- When the gravy thickens it’s time add our chicken balls
- Mix them and add chopped spring onions
- Now add 200 gm boiled pasta and mix
- If you want you can add some more chopped spring onions
- And its done
