Rava Uttapam|| healthy and tasty|| No overnight soaking||instant Rava Uttapam

Uttapam is a south Indian dish and is popular dish. It is a very healthy dish and that too 100% veg.

Now it has an authentic way of cooking by soaking rice for almost 24 hours. But this is a quick and instant recipe. It needs no soaking ,no fermentation.

Just we need sooji/rava/semolina,yoghurt and water that’s all. It needs what is always present in your home. It needs no extra skills or any special machine to cook it.

So,let’s start making Rava Uttapam or Semolina pancakes…in my style 👇👇👇

  • And add 2 tbs oil and whisk
