We’re very fond of juice and smoothie. But this one is a special juice which is healthy and perfect for weight loss.
This is such a juice where you can add or minus any ingredient of you choice,like on this juice you can add avacado and kale greens ,4-5 leaves of spinach even.
So,let’s start making healthy green juice…in my style ๐๐๐
Type- Juice
Preparation time- 10-12 minutes
Cooking time- 5-6 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 green apple
- 1 cucumber
- 3 collard greens
- 2-3 celery sticks
- 1 oz apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
Procedure:
- First chop up your veggies
- In a blender add sliced cucumber and sliced celery
- To that add chopped collard greens
- Add diced green apples
- Add 1 oz of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup water
- If you want ,then you can add 1 tbs honey
- Now blend until smooth
- After blending it will be a smoothie form but if you want you can have it like this
- But if you want to discard the fiber by a strainer
- Now you can pour and enjoy
- We like to enjoy it with a celery stick and a slice of lemon
