
Lassi or Indian Style Spiced Yoghurt drink is a popular drink all over India. It mainly originated from North Indian Cuisine.
It is super easy to make and also helps in digestion after a heavy meal. You can adjust the consistency as per your need.
The old school way is to make it with a manual blender but now due to less of time we use a electric blender. But don’t worry the result has no such difference.
So,let’s start making Lassi or Indian Style spiced yoghurt drink…in my style 👇👇👇
Type- Drinks, dessert
Preparation time- 8-10 minutes
Cooking time- 5-8 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup yoghurt or curd
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- Pinch of salt
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Black salt,roasted spices and pomegranate seeds for garnishing
Procedure:
In blending jar add 1 cup yoghurt
To it add 3 tbs sugar
Add 1/2 tsp black salt
Add pinch of salt and add 1/2 cup water
Now add 2-3 ice cubes and blend
Pour it into a glass and garnish with some roasted spices, black salt and pomegranate seeds
