Lote machh er chop/Bombay Duck fry


  • 4 whole Bombay Duck/ Lote machh cut into halves
  • 1 tbs crushed ginger, garlic and green chilli
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper powder
  • For the batter: Mix 1 cup all purpose flour+3 tbs cornflour + 1/2 cup water or as needed+1 tsp salt
