
Climbing perch curry with cauliflower and potatoes/ koi machher jhol with alu and phoolkopi
Ingredients:
- 5 climbing perch or Koi machh
- 1 medium sized potato cut into slices
- 7-8 florets of cauliflower
- 12-15 lentil dumplings
- 1 large tomato or 2 small tomatoes chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 crushed green cardamom and 1/4 inch cinnamon stick crushed
- 1 tbs ginger paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 slit green chillies
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
